No Refunds
After a service is completed, there will be no refunds. No exceptions.
BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT: Booking fees are applied to your total service cost. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Although transferrable before 48hrs of the appointment, canceled appointments will NOT be refunded.
Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled 48hrs or more before your appointment.
If you reschedule within 48hrs of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and must submit a new deposit to rebook.
As Touch-up sessions do not require a deposit, you will be charged an additional $50 to reschedule.
In order to change the date/time of your appointment, please follow the link that can be found in your confirmation e-mail. This will show you all open availability.
Late Arrivals & Late Cancellations
Over 10 minutes late arrivals will need to reschedule.
Therefore, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and must rebook with a new deposit.

N0-Call/No-Show & Late Cancellations
No Call/No Show will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay the balance of your missed appointment cost before you can re-book.
Once you pay the full balance of your original missed appointment, you may book another appointment with a new deposit.

Payment
Payments are due at time of service.
Payments can be made via cash, credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Venmo.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Guests
Guests are allowed to wait in the lobby, but we kindly ask that you do not bring companions, children, and/or pets to accompany you. This is a tattoo and Health Department regulations apply. No guests under the age of 18 will be permitted.
No Guarantees
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process.
Successful color saturation, and/or perfect symmetrical results can NOT be guaranteed on the first session.
Healed results will vary with each individual client. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results.
Although we give our best efforts, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.
In order for your new brows to heal properly, please follow all pre and after care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
